Tienen que practicar durante largas horas al d\u00eda, mantenerse en forma y comer bien. Con todo lo que hacen, ganar a menudo se reduce a una sola habilidad. Esa habilidad es: Mant\u00e9n la vista en la bola.<\/p>\n<h2>Una mirada de cerca al baloncesto<\/h2>\n<p>Si nos fijamos en el juego de baloncesto, el objetivo es meter la bola en la canasta. El bal\u00f3n se mueve de un jugador a otro hasta que alguien lo introduce en la red. Uno debe mantener el ojo en el bal\u00f3n para poder atraparlo a medida que se mueve. Hay que ser capaz de tirar la bola a la canasta mientras corre, se desplaza, es empujado y golpeado por otros jugadores. Adem\u00e1s, el equipo que no tiene el bal\u00f3n siempre est\u00e1 tratando de robar la bola al equipo que la tiene. Ya sea que se juegue a la defensiva o a la ofensiva en el baloncesto, uno debe mantener el ojo en el bal\u00f3n. En la espiritualidad, debemos mantener nuestro ojo espiritual en la bola y la bola en la espiritualidad es la bola de Luz que aparece en nuestro interior durante la meditaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>La meditaci\u00f3n requiere concentraci\u00f3n. Significa sentarse con el cuerpo quieto, de la misma manera que los atletas tienen que acomodar su cuerpo para poder conectarse con el bal\u00f3n. Tenemos que conectarnos con la bola interior, para que el cuerpo permanezca quieto o nuestra concentraci\u00f3n se ver\u00e1 perturbada.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Para mantener nuestro ojo espiritual en la bola de Luz interior, tambi\u00e9n tenemos que mantener la mente quieta. Cualquier pensamiento causa ondas que perturban nuestro ojo espiritual para no ver la Luz interior.
