Ya sea en casa junto a la familia y amigos, en el trabajo con colegas, mientras nos desplazamos al trabajo o realizamos las tareas diarias, el estr\u00e9s y el enojo se han convertido en parte de nuestra narrativa de hoy. Alejense de la situaci\u00f3n:<\/h2>\n<p>Debemos alejarnos del est\u00edmulo que nos est\u00e1 causando el enojo y encontrar un lugar donde podamos meditar en silencio. Esto nos dar\u00e1 un descanso, para que podamos reducir a un estado m\u00e1s tranquilo nuestra frecuencia card\u00edaca y las ondas cerebrales. Entonces, desde esta posici\u00f3n m\u00e1s calmada, podemos regresar con equilibrio para tratar la situaci\u00f3n de manera m\u00e1s pac\u00edfica.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Escuchen primero<\/h2>\n<p>Cuando regresemos a la situaci\u00f3n estresante despu\u00e9s de meditar, debemos tratar de hablar sobre el tema con calma. Antes de compartir nuestros propios pensamientos, tratemos de escuchar cuidadosamente lo que la otra persona tiene que decir y veamos si tiene raz\u00f3n. Con el tiempo, un h\u00e1bito se convierte en algo natural. D\u00eda a d\u00eda, nos transformamos en personas pac\u00edficas, no violentas y tranquilas y estas cualidades se irradian a los que nos rodean. El efecto expansivo de nuestra calma y equilibrio se extiende y no pasar\u00e1 mucho tiempo antes de que tengamos una familia, una comunidad y un mundo pac\u00edficos. Despu\u00e9s de todo, la paz comienza con cada uno de nosotros.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Amor por todos<\/h2>\n<p>A medida que experimentamos la Luz dentro de nosotros a trav\u00e9s de la meditaci\u00f3n, tambi\u00e9n despertamos a la comprensi\u00f3n de que la misma Luz resplandece en todos.
