Voici quelques conseils pour nous aider \u00e0 rester au frais cet \u00e9t\u00e9 en utilisant la climatisation pour nos \u00e9tats mentaux et \u00e9motionnels.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1 <\/strong>Lorsque nous avons l&rsquo;impression que le stress fait monter notre temp\u00e9rature mentale ou \u00e9motionnelle, nous pouvons passer un peu de temps \u00e0 m\u00e9diter. La m\u00e9ditation est un climatiseur naturel qui nous permet de rester calmes et sereins. S&rsquo;asseoir en silence nous aide \u00e0 ralentir notre respiration et nos ondes c\u00e9r\u00e9brales. Cela nous permet de faire une pause dans les pens\u00e9es troublantes qui surgissent lorsque nous rencontrons des d\u00e9fis dans notre vie. En m\u00e9ditant sur la lumi\u00e8re et le son int\u00e9rieurs, nous pouvons arr\u00eater le flot de pens\u00e9es distrayantes et puiser dans un lieu de paix \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de nous. Nous pouvons penser \u00e0 un mot apaisant ou nous inverser vers un lieu paisible \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur, en mettant un terme aux pens\u00e9es qui d\u00e9rangent.
