En stabilisant notre mental nous pouvons r\u00e9duire le cycle de pens\u00e9es n\u00e9gatives et malheureuses.<\/p>\n<p>Troisi\u00e8mement, et plus que tout, quand nous m\u00e9ditons, nous entrons en contact avec un endroit de paix, de bonheur et de joie \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de nous. Alors qu\u2019ext\u00e9rieurement les gens se tournent vers leur cabinet m\u00e9dical pour y recevoir des traitements faits par l\u2019Homme, int\u00e9rieurement, nous avons un cabinet interne \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de nous qui peut nous mettre en contact avec la joie et la paix naturelles sans effets secondaires et qui ne co\u00fbte rien en plus.<\/p>\n<p>Quand nous m\u00e9ditons, nous trouvons le centre du calme \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de nous-m\u00eames qui nous remplit de bonheur. Pendant le temps que nous sommes en train de m\u00e9diter, nous pouvons prendre des mini-vacances par rapport aux probl\u00e8mes de la vie. Nous prenons un repos pendant un moment dans un \u00e9tat de joie. Alors, lorsque nous sortons de la m\u00e9ditation ce bonheur reste avec nous pendant toute la journ\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>De plus en plus de professionnels de sant\u00e9 recommandent la m\u00e9ditation \u00e0 leurs patients comme un traitement compl\u00e9mentaire pour la d\u00e9pression.
