Teaching Spirituality as a Science<\/h2>\n

Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj teaches spirituality as a science. He offers meditation as the experiment that we can all conduct in the laboratory of our bodies to have a practical experience of God. The form of meditation that he teaches, SOS Meditation, can be practiced by anyone, irrespective of age, faith, or culture. Through this technique, the practitioner can have a firsthand experience of the inner Light, affirming that there is something that lies beyond this physical world.\n <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
