Onderzoek toont aan dat meditatie ons fysieke en mentale welzijn verbetert; het vermindert stressgerelateerde ziekten, versterkt onze mentale vermogens en verbetert onze relaties. Het belangrijkste aspect van meditatie is echter de impact op onze spirituele gezondheid.<\/p>\n<p>Door onze ziel te verbinden met het innerlijke Licht en Geluid van God, voedt meditatie onze ziel en brengt het rust, liefde en vrede in ons leven. We beseffen dat we als ziel ook een straal zijn van hetzelfde goddelijke Licht. We beginnen in te zien dat hetzelfde Licht van God dat in ons is, ook in alle andere wezens in de schepping aanwezig is.<\/p>\n<p>We zien het Licht van God in alle mensen. Dat wat ons scheidt, valt uiteen wanneer we deze staat bereiken. We ervaren zelf dat we allemaal kinderen zijn van de ene Schepper, en we ontwikkelen liefde voor elkaar. We kwetsen anderen niet langer in gedachten, woorden of daden. In plaats daarvan proberen we elkaar te helpen.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8054 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sos.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/unity-leads-to-peace.jpg\" alt=\"unity leads to peace Sant Rajinder Singh\" width=\"656\" height=\"349\" \/><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Onze liefde breidt zich uit van ons gezin naar onze buren, naar onze gemeenschap, naar ons land en vervolgens naar de gehele mensheid. Meditatie heeft de kracht om ons dichter bij elkaar te brengen op het niveau van de ziel, en ons te helpen de universele eenheid van de gehele schepping te begrijpen.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Meditatie helpt dus ook om menselijke eenheid op deze planeet tot stand te brengen. Zelfs als we slechts een klein deel van de dag tijd aan meditatie besteden, zullen we onszelf helpen onze stress te verminderen, innerlijke gelukzaligheid te ervaren en innerlijke rust te verkrijgen. Dan zal het niet lang meer duren voordat we eenheid en liefde tot stand brengen tussen alle zielen.
