We kijken met het oog van de ziel. Het zou geen inspanning moeten kosten. Meditatie op het Licht is een moeiteloze inspanning.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv3923649457MsoNormal\">Als we mediteren, moeten we niet denken dat we dit of dat moeten zien. Als we mediteren, moeten we tot God bidden om ons te laten zien en te geven wat God denkt dat het beste voor ons is. We moeten liefdevol zitten alsof we een lege beker zijn, zodat God goddelijke nectar in ons kan schenken. We hoeven er geen enkele moeite voor te doen. Het is een moeiteloze inspanning, waarbij we ontspannen zitten. We sluiten onze ogen heel zachtjes en zien wat we ervaren met ons innerlijke oog.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv3923649457MsoNormal\">Naarmate we vaker mediteren, zullen we merken dat het gemakkelijk zal worden. De eerste paar keer willen we misschien onze ogen openen of ons hier of daar krabben. Dit zijn normale dingen waar in het begin veel mensen mee te maken krijgen. Omdat ons lichaam en onze geest niet willen dat we ons concentreren, proberen ze ons op de een of andere manier af te leiden.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv3923649457MsoNormal\">Naarmate we meer mediteren, zullen we ons beter kunnen concentreren en langere tijd stil kunnen zitten. We zullen minder afgeleid zijn. We zullen eraan gewend raken om onze ogen voor ons gericht te houden en ons te concentreren op het midden van wat er verschijnt. We hoeven ons niet langer in te spannen. We zullen slechts kijken alsof er een filmscherm voor ons is en we wachten tot de film begint.
