The tour began in Singapore, where Sant Rajinder Singh Ji spent five days meeting audiences and delivering talks under the theme “Meditation for Happier Hearts.” Addressing the demands of contemporary living, he spoke about how meditation can help reduce stress, support emotional well-being, and restore balance. He emphasized the importance of recognizing the shared spiritual essence of humanity, noting that such awareness can foster compassion, understanding, and peace in an increasingly interconnected world.

He then traveled to Hong Kong, returning to the city for the first time in more than two decades. This five-day stop drew an international audience, reflecting Hong Kong’s role as a global crossroads. Speaking on the theme “From Stress to Stillness – A Journey Within,” Sant Rajinder Singh Ji utilized scientific research to highlight humanity’s biological interconnectedness. He discussed meditation as a means of discovering spiritual interconnectedness, cultivating deeper awareness and perspective. He noted that inner stillness can help reduce stress, ease conflict, and support calmer, more thoughtful responses amid the intensity of urban life.

The final programs were held in Tokyo, Japan, where he led talks and smaller gatherings focused on meditation and inner balance. Speaking under the theme “Inner Harmony – Outer Wellness,” he addressed the impact of modern pressures on mental well-being, explaining how meditation can support calm, stability, and clearer focus. A highlight of the Japan tour was the release of Japanese-language editions of two of the spiritual Master’s recent bestsellers. Across all three countries, attendees were guided through meditation practices during the sessions.
