7-Day Meditation Challenge

This 7-day Meditation Challenge invites you to give yourself the gift of meditation and make meditation a part of your life. Since you’re just beginning, this challenge calls on you to take a few small steps each day. It’s as simple as that. Make meditation a part of your daily life.

For this challenge, how long you sit for meditation each day is up to you, as long as you sit at the same time every day for 7 days! We recommend starting with 10 minutes a day, and increasing it by a minute or two each day.

While we know that’s not enough time to build a habit, we also know that if you stick to it for a week, you will find yourself being more open to the idea of developing the habit! That’s the next step.
