Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj Concludes Four-Day Spiritual Program in Seattle
Seattle, Washington

Seattle, Washington — July 24-27, 2026 — Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj concluded a four-day spiritual program in the greater Seattle area, bringing together hundreds of visitors from across the Pacific Northwest, North America, and beyond. The visit included the inauguration of a new Science of Spirituality Meditation Center, public talks on meditation and spiritual living, and opportunities for many new seekers to begin the practice of meditation.

A highlight of the visit was the inauguration of the new Science of Spirituality Meditation Center in Lynnwood, Washington. Located just north of downtown Seattle, the center provides a permanent home for meditation, spiritual education, community service, and programs for people of all backgrounds seeking greater peace and purpose in their lives. During the inaugural ceremony, Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj expressed his hope that the center would become a place where people of all backgrounds could discover inner peace, cultivate compassion, and experience the transformative power of meditation in their daily lives.

The ceremony was attended by Shri Prakash Gupta, the newly appointed Consul General of India in Seattle, who congratulated the local Science of Spirituality community on the inauguration of the region’s first meditation center and recognized its significance for the Pacific Northwest community.
The spiritual program also included public talks held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in downtown Seattle. In his featured public discourse, Discover Your Inner Sanctuary Through Meditation, Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj addressed the challenges of modern life, observing that while technology has connected the world in extraordinary ways, it has also increased stress, distraction, and the search for lasting peace.

He explained that the sanctuary humanity seeks is not found in the changing circumstances of the outer world, but within. Drawing upon the common teachings of the world’s great spiritual traditions, he described meditation as a practical method for tapping into our inner sanctuary. As we turn our attention inward, he explained, we discover an inexhaustible source of peace, love, and joy that gradually transforms not only our own lives but also the way we relate to others.

With the opening of the Lynnwood Meditation Center, Science of Spirituality now has twelve meditation centers across North America, continuing its mission of making meditation accessible to people of all faiths and backgrounds. Together with public talks, meditation workshops, and community outreach, the new center strengthens Science of Spirituality’s growing presence in the Pacific Northwest and reflects its expanding global mission to help individuals discover lasting peace through the practice of meditation.
