Saints Show Us the Way
Today, Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj described the pivotal role saints and spiritual Masters play in our lives. Living at the level of our physical senses and immersed in worldly pursuits, he said, we forget our true purpose: to know ourselves as souls and reunite with God. Saints illuminate our path, connecting us with the divine Light within, and infusing our lives with wisdom and love.
Love, said the spiritual Master, is the cornerstone of spiritual growth. As we meditate and experience God’s love within, we grow in love and naturally begin to see our unity with all creation. It is the saints who awaken this divine love in our hearts and guide us toward the realization that we are all part of God.
Like the sun dispels darkness, saints awaken the Light of God in our souls. To realize God’s Light, daily meditation and a life of focused effort are essential. Sant Rajinder Singh Ji reminded us that we have been gifted with a rare human birth, and it is now up to us to make use of these blessings to reach our spiritual goal.
